How to order

Add items to your shopping bag

While you browse our selection of product on our website, click on a product image for more detailed information. Most items will have size and colour options for you to choose from. Select the colour and size you would like to order and click on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button.

Once you have added the item, this item will now appear in your shopping bag which you can view at any time by clicking on the top right hand side of your screen.

Your shopping bag

You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the "Shopping bag" button at the top of the page.

To change the quantity of items in your shopping bag:

• Select a number from the "Quantity" dropdown
• Your order total will be automatically updated

To delete an item from your bag

• Click the "Remove item" link under the item you wish to remove
• Your order total will be automatically updated

When you are happy with your selections, go to your shopping cart & click the "Checkout" button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.

Checkout

At the checkout, you will be prompted to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk(*), please select the "Confirm & Next" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.

The window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.

We do not currently accept ICE Gift Vouchers purchased at our retail stores for order payment online. We do not accept money order or personal cheques.

ICE VIP Cards are not valid online.

Maximum total per transaction is $1000

It is important that you confirm your order, and then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information, please select the "Submit order" button.

When we receive your order, we will send you an email invoice with your order details.

Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout stage

GST/ taxes

All goods are shown with 10% GST already included.

GST on international orders

Orders at checkout will automatically include 10% GST, however this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your payment method has been charged.

Sold out items

If an item you have ordered is sold out online, we will try to locate the item at another store and dispatch to you as soon as we can. There is no additional postage charge for this service. We will notify you if the item has entirely sold out.

Delivery info

Standard delivery within Australia

You should receive your order in approximately 5-7 business days, unless being sent to a remote island, or remote parts of Australia.

• $8.50 for shipping and handling within Australia
• $3.00 for gift voucher only purchases
• $20.00 for Express Post

Free shipping for all orders over $150 in Australia!

Australian customers have their parcels sent via Toll Ipec road freight or Express Post.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

International delivery

You should receive your order in approximately 5-21 business days, depending on where in the world it is being sent, and how far the destination is from Sydney, Australia. Please note this is an approximation.

• $17.00 for shipping and handling to New Zealand up to 1 kg.  Rates vary depending on weight.
• $30.00 for shipping and handling anywhere else outside of Australia up to 1kg.  Rates vary depending on weight.
• $3.00 for gift voucher only purchases

International customers have their parcels sent via trackable International airmail service.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".

Returns & Exchanges

ICE wants you to love everything you purchase. If for some reason something isn’t right, please let us know so we can send you a different colour, another size or an entirely different style.

Exchange/ returns by mail

Exchanges/ returns must be completed within 21 days of invoice being issued.

1. Please note we do not refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection.
2. Exchange only on Change of Mind if in original condition with receipt and all tags attached within 21 days of online purchase. This does not apply to swimwear, underwear and earrings.
3. No soiled, worn or damaged items will be returned or exchanged.
4. Faulty products must be returned with receipt and are subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions.
5. ICE online offers customers an exchange or web credit for merchandise they do not wish to keep. Any web credit issued will only be valid for web purchases, a web credit cannot be used in a store.

To return any garments via mail, please enclose your invoice, a completed ‘Online exchange/ return form’ and the merchandise to:

Customers are required to enclose a pre paid registered postage bag if they require any products to be sent back for an exchange. Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return your garments for the exchange/return to be processed. Ice recommends using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post. ICE Online will not be held responsible for any parcel sent by the customer that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number.

Please note that Ice online does not offer any exchanges or refunds for customers located outside of Australia, unless goods are faulty.

Exchange/ return to any ICE store

You can exchange merchandise, or receive a store credit for ‘change of mind reasons’ at any ICE store within 21 days of invoice being issued. Any store credit issued will only be valid for store purchases, a store credit cannot be used online.

ICE stores can only accept returned items if they are in original condition, have original packaging and have all relevant tags attached.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your monitor.

Sizes

ICE strives to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If something isn’t right, let us know, and we’ll send you another colour, a new size, or an entirely different style.
